Hi all,
I'm a newbie in Processing. I'm using the source available on the
subversion (just the core package), I suppose it is 0154 BETA.
When I run a java program that contains a PApplet object under Ubuntu 8.10
with Extra level visual effects (or normal level) it freezes. I have to
wait for my program to stop, and restart a X server or switch to virtual
terminal to "redraw" my screen (or reboot).
The solution I've found is to switch visual effect to low.
Hope it helps
Charles
PS: By the way, Processing is really awesome !!

I think this is just a general problem of the interaction between the Java
runtime and the visual effects settings in Ubuntu--not much we can do about
it because we don't go that low level.
