I made a Tool named Stats, which didn't get displayed in the Processing
tools-menu, until I'd compiled Mangler.

That probably means, it stops in a tool-folder with no jars.

found and fixed for 0149.. this was just an extra line of code that wasn't
removed after being debugged.
