Might be good to have a means for enabling native code from the tools menu.
For instance, the JNI interface to astyle could be intergrated in this manner.

Leaving out for now because of the trickiness in setting the
java.library.path on startup (otherwise the Tool would have to run as a
separate process), and because most things can be handled by JNA anyways
(and with less trouble).
