Everytime I click the help menu the IDE crashes. This is with all versions
above 135 including 144

OSX 10.5
MacBookPro
2.4ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
4gb RAM

Crashes, or just takes forever to show up?

Sorry, it doesn't crash it takes between 40 seconds and a minute for the
spinning pizza wheel icon to stop spinning. Similar thing happens with the
file menu item but that takes maybe ten seconds to work. The other menus
are more responsive but are still a little "sticky".

Each version since 0135 has had problems with the menus. I think the
earlier versions did cause a crash - can't confirm as I never kept them.

BTW I've tried increasing the amount of RAM to the 256mb limit in
Preferences and it made no difference.

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you test further.
