howto:
create a new sketch, type code in it, save it.
change code, rename sketch via menu.
double click the newly created (renamed) file to open it.
there will be a second window for the same sketch being opened.

sorry, just realized that this is not related to renaming. seems to happen everytime you
double-click a file of an open sketch ..
