after the last spam attack it's clear we need a way to either delete or hide bugs.

added a redirect to createaccount.cgi inside bugzilla since the last two spammers registered
using that script (without making a discourse account ). that means that currently users can use
bugzilla only after registering over at discourse.

seems that deleting attachments is at least added to the 3.0 prerelease of
bugzilla:
http://www.bugzilla.org/releases/3.0/new-features.html
though i'm not sure whether it'd be more work to upgrade than to simply
find a hack/workaround from our current state.

added a delete-bug-link (next to the submit button) to edit/showbug-page for users with
sufficient rights.
you will be asked to confirm the deletion after following that link. once you OK there the bug
will be removed from the database along with all it's attachments, comments, activity,
keywords, votes, ..., and it's relations (duplicate of, depends on, ...) will be unlinked.
