use ctrl-tab or whatever seems to be standard across platforms (firefox
across mac, windows, linux might be a good guide)

using ctrl/cmd-left/right arrow starting with rev 0116. seems that there's
just no good default for this. firefox is ctrl-option-arrow, safari is
cmd-shift-[ and ].. ie7 is gonna use ctrl-tab and ctrl-shift-tab.
