When setting the addres of Java WTK the address can not be 32 chars (YET) only 8
char (ex. C:\Progra~1\WTK25)

sorry, we're not currently tracking bugs for mobile processing with the
bugs db. please post it to the discourse area of the mobile site.

(francis, we can add mobile to the db if you'd like, just let me know)
