Problem:
When saving a sketch using "Save As", the applet.html in the sketch
directory is not copied. When you subsequently export the newly saved
sketch, the applet.html is missing and not used to generate the custom html.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an applet.html file in your sketch folder.
2. Save sketch to new folder using Save As.

Actual results:
applet.html is not present in the new folder

Expected results:
applet.html should be copied to new folder since it's a "special" file
