bugzilla seems to have a lot of trouble with the new bugzilla changes.
users get an "A legal Platform was not set." error, and from the looks of
it, lots of bits of commented-out text are visible, seemingly from
something wrong in the templates file.

(this is a high priority for me because when users get this error, they're
just emailing me directly for bugs, which undermines the system)
