something's wrong with the doctype and / or xhtml / css in the horrible
bugzilla template system.

when i open a show_bug.cgi page in safari (2.0.3) it most of the time won't
style the page at all.

i tried removing the <doctype ...> just as a test and then it worked. so
somethings breaking the strict-mode i guess.

firefox seems to work though.

seems to be resolved in Safari 2.0.4 ... or i accidently fixed it.
