{ and [ symbols not working on spanish keyboard.
tested on OSX 10.3.9 with spanish ISO settings. On Powerbook 12" with
spanish keyboard.

hm, i'd have to get a spanish keyboard somehow to test this before i even know if it's
actually our bug, or a problem in apple's java, or what.
