Description:   Opened: 2010-04-28 02:11
I've changed the following lines of the processing-1.1\lib\preferences.txt to;

sketchbook.path="M:\Processing\Processing Sketches"
settings.path="M:\Processing\Data"
build.path="M:\Processing\Temp"

Unfortunately though, with the above settings changed, even if I take out the spaces,
I can no longer run Processing.

I receive a "Processing cannot create sub-directory" type error.

I would rather not change the per-user preferences.txt file, as I am deploying this to
a large number of users over a network.

Please fix this bug, or in the case of my incorrect edit, please tell me how I'm
supposed to input custom paths.

Thank you,

Alec Taylor

have you tried without the quotes?

Thanks

Does that include for [with spaces]?

If not, then it's a bug.

I find it interesting how you use APL/BALL/SSPL/ThisThat style, although it does look
familiar from my use of InnoSetup.

Thanks, it's all working perfectly now.

BTW: Nice error message!
