Need smoother integration of different modes (e.g. Android) for the editor.
Right now, you have to select Tools -> Android Mode on a per-editor basis,
which isn't fun. There's also no indicator of what mode you're running.

This will be part of some editor changes to how tools/modes are loaded, and
an indicator will be placed in the status bar.
