The default html templates (standard and opengl) contain a section that
points to a download if JRE is not installed.

http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/downloads/index.html seems a bit
outdated and confusing for non-technical people.

This one looks newer and more simplified

good catch, we haven't touched that in years (it also needs to point at a
better auto-install cab file and whatnot...) i'll see what i can do.
