In 1.0.7 user preferences dont seem to work except for the sketchbook path.
Repro: launch processing, select file>preferences, increase memory to 256
(for example), check true, clic ok, restart processing, the option stays
unchecked.
Workaround: lib/preferences.txt seem to work
This happens on XP Sp 3 x86
path to user prefs C:\Documents and Settings\m\Application Data\Processing
