Error:
FileNotFoundException C:\processing-1.0.3\java\lib\zi\America\Indianapolis
I recieve this error when using the built in time functions such as hour(),
and day().
The file for Indianapolis is in the "Indiana" folder. Processing is looking
in the America folder.
As a temp fix you can copy & paste the "Indianapolis" file into the America
Folder then it works without issue. But Processing should be looking in the
correct folder.
Someone in another region may not experience this problem.
Also, I am using Windows Vista 64bit.

This appears to have been a Java problem that was fixed with a later Java
release.
