i think we should add general pages that explain how to instal a library or tool telling people
where to find the sketchbook and where to put libraries / tools (screenshots?). it would be great
for lib/tools developers to have that to link to.

the notes (at contributions) on the libraries and tools pages are very basic and i think most
people overread it.

maybe <ketchbook>/libraries and <sketchbook>/tools should be created by default too.

I'm going to be working on getting the Tools documentation online within
the next two weeks. I think we already decided to add the
<sketchbook>/libraries as a default. I'm not sure where to explain how to
install libraries in more depth.

this has been fixed in the meantime.
