when processing can't create a sketchbook or data folder because of a path
problem, the fallback should be used, however it's not currently happening.
really important for intl versions that are having trouble. should be using
fallback paths or asking for the sketch folder name.. why isn't it?

removing the fallback options for 0140 because they're too tricky. use
settings.path and sketchbook.path instead.
